CADDO PARISH, La. – A groundbreaking initiative is set to launch aimed at encouraging parents of at-risk youth to take a more active role in their children's lives. Titled "Stop With The Excuses," this program is spearheaded by the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office and will officially kick off on Wednesday, January 28, 2026.
