George Clooney has revealed the short but direct parenting advice he gives to his eight-year-old twins, Ella and Alexander. In a recent interview, the actor and director said he often tells his children a five-word phrase meant to keep them grounded and focused. The advice, which Clooney says he repeats regularly, is simply "Be nice to everyone." He explained that in a world full of distractions and pressures, this basic rule helps his kids remember what matters most.
Clooney and his wife, human rights lawyer Amal Clooney, have been raising their son and daughter away from the Hollywood spotlight as much as possible. The actor noted that while his children are still young, he wants them to understand the importance of kindness from an early age. He admitted that parenting is not always easy, but keeping the message short and clear seems to work for their family. The five-word rule, he said, applies to everyone they meet, from friends at school to strangers on the street. Clooney added that he tries to lead by example, though he joked that his own behavior does not always match the standard he sets for his kids.
