During the Thursday, April 23 episode of Today’s The Parent Chat podcast, the 44-year-old opened up about the emotional and logistical challenges of switching between her professional and personal roles.

“It’s like I’m living two different lives,” Dreyer said, referencing the show’s premise where employees undergo a procedure that separates their work memories from their home memories.
